PROCESSING TIME
All orders are shipped out from Nashville, Tennessee. We ship out on all weekdays Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard Shipping
3 to 5 business days with USPS First Class Mail.
$6.00 flat fee
Standard shipping is free within the United States on all orders over $100.00!
Express Shipping
1 to 2 business days with USPS Priority Express Mail.
$30.00 flat fee
Once your order is received, processed, and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please allow 1 to 2 days for tracking information to update.
Due to COVID-19, please allow for additional shipping delays. We know this is a bummer, but your jewels will arrive in no time!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. DE LA VIE, LLC is not responsible for items held and/or lost in customs.
LOST PACKAGES
For lost packages, please contact info@lovedelavie.com with your order number. We will do our best to resolve your issue and file a claim with USPS, if needed. However, we are not responsible for packages in which confirmation of delivery is issued upon the listed address.
Returns
We want you to love your new art piece. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we are happy to offer you a refund on your item(s).
RETURN POLICY
We kindly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your art. The art must be in perfect, salable condition, and must show no signs of wear. To request a return, please contact info@delavie.com with your order number and we will supply you with a return label. Please note there will be a $10 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Returns must arrive at our facility within 7 business days of your receipt of the return label in order to assume full refund.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate any exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange for a different item, color, or size, please request a refund and place a new order for your desired item(s).
DAMAGED GOODS
Oh no! We are sorry to hear the news. We inspect each piece of art thoroughly before dispatch. However, if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@lovedelavie.com as soon as possible within your 14-day return window. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Damaged goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis. DE LA VIE, LLC has the right to refuse your return if it does not meet the above requirements.
